Books
"Books are the training weights of the mind." - Seneca
Reading has always been one of my deepest passions—and one of my greatest teachers. I truly believe few activities can match reading’s transformative power. It expands our vocabulary, sharpens our thinking, and nurtures our critical faculties. Perhaps most importantly, a good book can soothe the mind, relieve stress, and offer invaluable clarity on our path toward becoming the best version of ourselves.
But it’s not just nonfiction that holds value. Fiction offers us powerful opportunities to step into someone else’s shoes, cultivating empathy and deepening our emotional intelligence. Every story we encounter helps us understand the world—and ourselves—a little better.
Below you’ll find a list of the last 100 books I’ve read. I hope they ignite your curiosity, inspire new journeys, or simply give you fresh ideas for your next read. If a title catches your eye, I’d love to hear about it—feel free to share your own reading recommendations with me, too!
