Interlude
As the end of the year draws near, life becomes busier, and I am confronted with a dilemma: a shortage of time to write.
Therefore, dear reader, until the demands on my time ease up, I will be publishing a new article every two weeks. This adjusted schedule allows me to maintain my commitment to consistently publishing an article for you without overwhelming myself amidst the flurry of responsibilities. I cannot serve you (nor myself) by burning out.
For this week, I'd like to leave you with a selection of my favourite quotes, emphasizing the importance of adapting our approach when circumstances change.
“The wise adapt themselves to circumstances, as water moulds itself to the pitcher.” – Chinese Proverb
“[T]he most successful people are those who accept, and adapt, to constant change. This adaptability requires a degree of flexibility and humility most people can’t manage.” – Paul Lutus
“Stay committed to your decisions, but stay flexible in your approach. It’s the end you’re after.” – Tony Robbins
“We cannot direct the wind, but we can adjust the sails.” – Dolly Parton
“It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.” – Charles Darwin
“Become a student of change. It is the only thing that will remain constant.” – Anthony D’Angelo
Until next time,
Ric.
